Terms of Service

Bolo is in private beta and offered to selected firms under individual beta agreements. These summary terms apply where no separate agreement exists, and will be replaced by full terms before general availability. Questions: hello@boloinbox.com.
The service
Bolo provides a unified team inbox for client communication across channels a firm connects (such as WhatsApp Business, SMS, Instagram, email, web and in-app chat). Beta features may change, be withdrawn or occasionally be unavailable.
Your account and content
Firms are responsible for the accounts they create, for having the right to connect the channels and numbers they connect, and for the content their teams send. Conversation data a firm brings to Bolo remains the firm’s.
Acceptable use
Do not use Bolo to send spam or unlawful content, to violate the terms of connected platforms (such as the WhatsApp Business terms), or to infringe others’ rights.
Beta disclaimer
The service is provided “as is” during the beta, without warranties, and our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law. We work with beta firms directly on reliability and data-handling expectations.
Ending the beta
Either side can end participation in the beta at any time. On request, we will export a firm’s data and delete its workspace.
